I have dietary restrictions or require special physical accommodation. Is Deep Well equipped?

At Deep Well, we want everyone to have the opportunity to rest from their daily lives. No special needs physically or dietarily will keep us from making sure this happens for you! We are happy to accommodate retreat participants who have dietary restrictions as long as we have previous notification of your needs. Please email us if you are concerned and be sure to note these needs in your online registration. We are also prepared to welcome guests who may use a wheelchair, walking assistance device, or require other special medical equipment. Again, please email info@deepwellministries.org or call 925-413-7310 so that we may discuss with you how we can best serve your needs and make your retreat experience seamless and smooth. 

Tell me more about massage treatments.

Enjoy a relaxing massage during your Deep Well Retreat.  You can find more information about our current massage therapist on the Staff page of this site! Massages will be offered subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate all requests, but will schedule on a first come, first served basis.

A 1/2 hour massage will cost $40 and the great news is, gratuity is included! A 1 hour massage will cost $80 and once again, gratuity is included! Payment for all massage treatments will be provided directly to the therapist on the day of your retreat. Please bring either check or cash with you if you choose to have a treatment!

How do I let you know if I want a massage?

During your online registration for a retreat, you will have the opportunity to select a massage option. If you do so, please make sure you select the length of massage you would like and add it to your cart for check out.

What if I didn't realize I could add a massage until just now and I already registered for the retreat?

After you register for a Retreat at Deep Well, we will be sending you an e-mail to confirm your day at Deep Well and to ask you a few questions to help ensure that your retreat is truly restful. Included in this e-mail will be the opportunity to choose a massage treatment.

Where does Deep Well hold its retreats?

We are fortunate to have access to a private home in the Seattle area as the backdrop for our retreats! Never fear, directions will be included in a confirmation e-mail approximately one week prior to your retreat date!

I would like to give the Deep Well experience as a gift! Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Absolutely! We offer gift certificates for all of our retreats! You can purchase a gift retreat here and we will send a gift card with a special code to your specified recipient. Please e-mail us at info@deepwellministries.org or call 925-413-7310 if you have any questions.
